eCosway Independent Business Owner (IBO) Online Registration Guide

Please note that eCosway Independent Business Owner (IBO) online registration on www.ecosway.com/NZ is only available for people who are currently residing in New Zealand. If you are not residing in New Zealand, you cannot register online here.

Please follow this step-by-step guide.

1. On the home page of www.ecosway.com/NZ, select “Join” on top of the page and click to join as an Independent Business Owner.
   
   
   
   
2. You will be brought to the first page of the registration form.
   
   (a) Step 1 of Registration: Applicant Information & Agreement
   
   

   Fill in the registration form with accurate details and select your registration type. If you have registered for GST, please select “Applicable” and enter your GST number.

   

   Click the “Submit” button to proceed to the next step.

   (b) Step 2 of Registration: Agreements, Plans & Policies
   
   Before submitting your registration form, you must read the Independent Business Owner Agreement and Terms & Conditions, Policies & Procedures and Profit Plan to ensure that you understand and agree to abide by these documents. Indicate your consent by checking all the boxes and click the “Submit” button to proceed to the next step.

   
   
   (c) Step 3 of Registration: Confirmation of Information
   
   

   Check and confirm all the details that you have entered are correct and click the “Submit” button to proceed to the next step or click the “Edit” button to make changes.

   
   

   (d) Step 4 of Registration: Bank Account Details

   You may choose to provide your bank account details during registration or from your Online Office at any time.

   Click “Submit” after filling in the form or to proceed without filling in the form.

   
   
   (e) Step 5 of Registration: Payment Summary
   
   

   Your payment total will be calculated based on the option that you opt for. Continue to the next step by clicking the “Submit” button.

   

   (f) Step 6 of Registration: Proceed to Payment
   
   Fill in the payment form and click the “CONFIRM” button. Please wait while your transaction is being processed. DO NOT close or refresh the window.

   

   (g) Step 7 of Registration: Registration & Payment Confirmation Page

   When your transaction is done, you will be brought to the Registration & Payment Confirmation page which will show your eCosway IBO ID, the amount you have paid and other details.

   Please print out this page and keep it for your reference.
   
   
   

   If you would like to enroll another new IBO, click on the link circled in red.

   
   
   Your online registration is done! You will receive a welcome email with your password.
