A new calendar year is just around the corner. It’s time to start fresh and dream big. Decide who you really want to be and what you want to have. Dedicate yourself to self-improvement and high-integrity ways of being so that you not only achieve great things, but you always like who you are while you’re doing it.

Set your goals and fix your plan of action. When setting goals, it’s best to designate three levels of achievement. For example, when setting a weekly prospecting goal, you could designate “OK Achievement” as doing 1 prospecting meeting, “Good Achievement” could be 2 prospecting meetings, and “Great Achievement” could be 3 or more prospecting meetings. The idea is to shoot for “Great Achievement”, and be really proud whenever you make it. But if you don’t achieve your highest level, you can go for “Good” or “OK” and not feel like a complete failure.
